Dance Center Evanston had a problem. As the studio grew to have over 850 students it was becoming harder to quickly and efficiently manage student information, class schedules, payment histories, and especially student registration. This required a system that allowed students to register for classes online just as easily as in the studio. So we created a a set of tools that allows DCE to manage most of its clerical operations from one easy to use Admin Suite.

The in-studio software allows staff to efficiently create and schedule classes, manage student and user information, register students, maintain class waitlists, create class recommendations, and process payments. Our online registration system offers the control and ease of use that other systems lack. Instead of presenting users with all class offerings and forcing them to figure out whether a student is eligible to take a given class, our system automatically shows each student only the classes he or she can take based on a customizable set of display rules created by the studio. The system also helps users navigate more complex rules like overlapping classes, pre-requisites, and class recommendations.
